Changes: Moreexim reserves the right to revise and amend these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of our services will imply acceptance of these changes.

Products and Services

Product Quality: Moreexim guarantees that the products offered for export meet the required industry standards for quality and are compliant with applicable laws of the exporting and importing countries.
Product Availability: Product availability is subject to change without prior notice. Moreexim will inform you promptly in case of any delays or changes to your order.
Customs and Compliance: The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the importation of goods complies with the customs regulations and laws of the destination country. Moreexim can provide general guidelines, but compliance remains the buyer’s responsibility.

Orders and Payment

Order Confirmation: All orders placed with Moreexim are subject to confirmation and acceptance. You will receive an official order acknowledgment once your order has been processed.
Pricing: Prices are quoted in [Currency] and are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and handling charges, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimates and subject to shipping schedules and unforeseen delays. Moreexim is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or other circumstances beyond our control.
Insurance: The buyer is responsible for insuring the goods once they are shipped, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy: Returns are only accepted in case of product defects or non-compliance with the agreed specifications. Any claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of the goods.
Refund Policy: If a return is accepted, Moreexim will either replace the defective goods or issue a refund, at our discretion. Refunds will be processed within 15 days of acceptance of the return.

Warranties and Liabilities

Limited Warranty: Moreexim warrants that the products provided are as described and fit for their intended use. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, beyond those stipulated.
Limitation of Liability: Moreexim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products supplied.

Force Majeure

Moreexim will not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in the performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, and transportation delays.
